Quizá el contacto directo cuando surge un problema..como un teléfono ? Un día y festivo tuvimos un problema con el gas, pero tuvimos suerte y lo pudimos solucionar. Experiencia única .

Estamos muy conformes con el servicio, Hassan y su equipo fueron atentos y bien predispuestos. Todo fue en tiempo y forma, volveríamos a elegirlos. Todo funcionó perfecto.

Pretty hard to pinpoint a thing to improve since the team in Barcelona was awesome throughout the check in/out. Very friendly and helpful. I chose the basic service with no extras and what included was already sufficient for our entire trip. 5* for real The team in Barcelona was awesome throughout the check in/out. Van hadn’t been cleaned inside when we arrived to pick it up Juan was amazing at the Seville centre, helped us with a few issues we had had during our trip and made the whole process easy and enjoyable

The sheets for the blanket were for a single blanket and were too small.
Would have been easier to get the car with a full tank i stead of half- that way its easier on the return. Other than that it was a very good experience The VW california is very easy and comfy to drive and very high-tech. The top.bed is really fun! But next time i would take a bigger vehicle in which i can stand and have a proper toilet.

The local team was awesome, even greater at the checkout. The only thing that could improve is the procedure for late hours checkin. That’s because we paid for the service, but got no additional info on what to do next in a manageable time, or had someone on spot to help us with the situation. The vehicle is suit for 4 person comfortably, the amenities work very well and are well dimensioned. The systems are pretty simple to use, but is important to read the manual and pay attention to the “how to” videos. Finally, I really recommend to have an experience like this, good time and adventure for great memories of the trip.

Tudo quase ótimo menos a bomba de água ter avariado. Também paguei extra por uma botija de gás que aparentemente já ia ter direito mesmo que não pagasse (pouca seriedade) e a multa aplicável caso uma pessoa não lave a carrinha também me parece desnecessária. A informação no site tem de ser mais clara sobre o que um cliente deve esperar. Apesar de tudo, experiência muito divertida e a carrinha correspondeu às expectativas.

The vehicle model was the one I booked but instead of being from 2024, it was a few years old and quite dirty/used inside with a few broken things. No biggie as we still enjoyed the trip but a bit misleading if compared to the booking.
Also they gave us the van lots of thing was missing (sheets, cuttery,..). Again, no biggie but good thing we checked or we would have paid those thing for nothing. Overall good experience with Indie Campers. The check in was fast as well as the check out and no bad surprises so I would book again with them.

Cuando llegué había un error en el sistema y la furgoneta no estaba preparada, aunque el equipo se puso a limpiarla enseguida y fue muy amable Una van muy completa y muy nueva, facilísima de conducir. Mido 1'90m y aunnasí estuve muy cómodo. 10/10 repetiríamos.
