En la charla inicial salimos un poco preocupados por si podríamos pasar una noche fuera sin conectar por la explicación que nos dieron, pero ha ido todo genial y sin ningún problema . Ha estado genial, buena autonomía de viaje y espacio perfecto para dos personas.

Por proponer algo y con fin de mejorar sería el sistema de sujeción del teléfono es incómodo para el conductor .
Propondría también la instalación de paneles solares para disponer de una mayor autonomía ya que era necesario cargarla cada dos dias .
Por lo demás la autocaravana ha respondido perfectamente a nuestro viaje. Hicimos un road trip de más de 5000 km y la autocaravana ha respondido perfectamente . No hemos tenido ningún problema en absoluto ,además disponíamos de un servicio 24 h por si ocurría cualquier problema . Las baterías duran en torno a 3 días máximo siendo bastante ahorrador en su consumo .
El trato por todo el equipo ha sido muy bueno .
Volvería a reservar con esta empresa sin dudarlo .

En el trato al cliente no se puede mejorar nada porque es perfecto.
En la camper alguna reparación se puede hacer ya que algunas cosas estaban rotas ,nada importante pero se puede mejorar

We were only helped by an intern, who couldn’t answer all of our questions. Good vehicle! Our biggest let down was that the premium insurance doesn’t cover the whole car. Also the bathroom is stinky and small. Other than that the van worked perfectly and the communication with the company went really smoothly! The guys are super accommodating!!

Il modello di veicolo potrebbe essere migliorato mettendo qualche gancio in cucina per gli strofinacci, e qualche ripiano vicino al letto che c'è in fondo per poter lasciare qualche piccolo oggetto. Lo specchio in bagno è inutile perché troppo alto, ci vorrebbe un altro a una altezza corretta. E qualche ripiano in più anche in bagno.
Nella doccia, sarebbe utile una sbarra appesa al tetto, per poter mettere ad asciugare i vestiti quando piove e si rientra al camper bagnati. I materassi non sono molto comodi. Mancano i sensori sul retro del camper. Team sempre gentile e disponibile (check-in, check-out e durante il viaggio). Camper di grandezza ideale per quattro persone.

The guys at pickup were amazing, took their time to show us everything and even when we were on the road still answered all our questions very helpful. Thanks guys Everything was great, except it took over a month to receive a refund that was required.

There should be a broom or a sweeper and shovel included in the vehicle, if you drive alone a reer-camera or parking-sensors would help to drive and park safely.
It would be a dream to have a station to empty the chemical toilet and to empty the grey water tank next to the depot. The allover experience was just somewhat marred, because the 24/7 Chat-Team on the homepage of indie campers was not doing what they should. Due to a plane delay we came late to the depot. We contacted the 24/7 chat Team twice (once out of the plane with expensive plane WIFI, once at the arrival time in the Airport) but they didn't contacted the local crew of the depot about our delay. Anyway they waited for us - a great pleasure! The local team was really great - thank you!

Daros las gracias a todos el equipo, profesionalidad ante todo. A nuestra llegada nos recibió kashem, amable y atento a que supiéramos todos los detalles de la furgoneta. Estuvo disponible en todo momento durante el viaje, no sé puede pedir más. Sobre las furgoneta todo perfecto, limpia y bien cuidada. Gracias por hacer que el viaje fuera perfecto. Il faudrait avoir une liste de service pour vidange toilette, faire le plein d'eau,prise de courant,il serait bien que les van soient équipés de panneaux solaires celà donnerait plus d'autonomie à la batterie une fois à l'arrêt
