The wait for the van was very long and delayed our trip by approx 2 hours. Other than that we had the best time and everything was wonderful!! Great trip, perfect for families

It’s good, if we have an airport pickup and drop. Because we have to pay extra to connect. Our Bluetooth speaker didn’t work the whole trip. Otherwise, the van is pretty good to drive even for the first time drivers Positives: Interior, drive and experience

Problema con la calefacción, que finalmente pudimos solucionar poniendo un cartón en la ventana de los sillones, pero es preferible saberlo desde el principio.
Resto muy bien.

Bom dia. Veículo confortável, agradamos muito. Somente um reforço para melhora quanto ao check-out, constava que estaria aberto o local às 7:30 hs da manhã, aguardamos até às 8:30 hs e não tinha ninguém para nos receber. Tivemos que deixar o veículo estacionado na porta para a devolução do mesmo. Mas a equipe sempre foi atenciosa quanto as dificuldades sobre funcionalidades do veículo. Recomendo para quem quer experimentar essa experiência. Para quem quer curtir uma aventura é o veículo perfeito.

It would be nice if the vehicles were supplied full of fuel instead of having to go and fuel it ourselves before our trip. The vehicle could then be returned full at the end.

All good! Pillows need improvement tho!! Would have been nice a little bit of like salt and sugar included in the essentials! Otherwise perfect. Lever to discard water a bit difficult to open. Wore off.

Everything was perfect ! It was just missing the table but otherwise it was perfect The campers was very clean and everything was perfect the welcoming and explanation at the check in and check out were perfect ! The bedding kits just missed some sheet for the pillow and the mattress.
And if you can add in the van a smartphone older for the gps it would be perfect !

The toilet didn’t have a cap so we weren’t able to use - hope to get a refund for that. Otherwise great van & informative staff made pickup very easy. Great size van for traveling small roads - glad we went with the smaller version. Easy process for pickup.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und auch jederzeit nett und freundlich betreut. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service vor Ort! Bucht auf jeden Fall das Reinigungspaket dazu und eine Gasflasche. Die Informationen auf der Website sind dazu nicht wirklich konkret und wir waren ein wenig vor den Kopf gestossen, als es hiess, dass wir dies extra zahlen müssen. Aber uns wurde vor Ort toll geholfen, vielen Dank nochmal an das Personal!!
