Recommendations for nice campsites in the region would have been nice. Otherwise everything was perfect :) Die Staff at the pick up was really nice, gave us super recommendations. The camper was easy to drive, comfortable, the power lasted for a week. The size was perfect, even if we are two tall persons. Price was good. We just didn't have 2000 Euro deposit at the beginning and then took the deposit for 500 Euro.
All in all 10/10 points :)

Il camper era perfetto, nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Il team locale è stato gentilissimo a fornirci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno essendo la prima volta. Lo rifaremo sicuramente!!! Tutto perfetto,da rifare!!!

Al momento non ho trovato punti di miglioramento, per quanto riguarda il punto di ritiro staff gentile preparato ed accogliente. Esperienza fantastica, con la giusta organizzazione si può vivere una vacanza a 5 stelle. Consigliatissimo

Was very great and speedy in and out, customer service language was excellent and very professional. Levelers/ stabilizers will be very helpful for parking on hills/ slants. To add an external ac unit to keep cool in hot weather without turning on the van.

I think that it would be a good idea to check that all the appliances are working before renting them out, our sinked leaked when we used it. But it wasn’t an issue as such as we used campsite facilities. When we dropped the motorhome off we let them know and no problems. This was the first time that we had used a motorhome abroad. The Naples team were so helpful and made collecting and dropping off the Motorhome a smooth process. Great service all round.
We are already thinking about our trip next year.

Todo genial gracias! Shout out a francesca que nos ayudó y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos al recoger y dejar el vehículo! En general todo muy bien! El vehículo tenía un par de fallas pero entiendo que son desgastes por el uso continuo.

Pop top canvas had small holes in the top corners, shower and sink stopped working, no easy way of fixing it. Vehicle itself was great just a slightly bigger canvas and more robust system for water delivery. The Naples team were great 5* for them!

Brilliant experience! however, I did find it difficult to speak to an agent at times and did not like the robot service on the internet but this did not have a major impact on my holiday! Brilliant experience, great team on checking in and out. I would definitely use and recommend indi campers to others!!

Podían mejorar la compensación al usuario, ya que no tuvimos ducha durante todo el viaje, y pagamos exactamente lo mismo que si tuviéramos, solamente eso! Muy bien!
